No. This is a private practice without an NFZ contract — you book directly, without a referral.

A first consultation (60 minutes, with trichoscopy) costs PLN 380. All prices: price list.

A first consultation takes an hour, and we reserve all of that time for you. The PLN 100 deposit is taken off the price of the visit and refunded in full if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Call or write as soon as possible. Up to 24 hours before the visit you can cancel or move it at no cost. Details: deposit and cancellation.

Please do not send descriptions of symptoms or test results by email — we do not give advice remotely. To book, your name, phone number and the type of visit are enough; we discuss everything else at the practice.

Yes, during the visit, if medically indicated. We only issue prescriptions after an examination — not on request by phone or email.

We do not take blood at the practice. If tests are needed, you get a referral or test order and have them done at a laboratory of your choice.

Yes. Online payments are processed by Stripe, a provider certified to PCI DSS Level 1. You enter card details only on Stripe's page. Your statement will show HAIRYU GABINET.

The deposit — yes, by Stripe link in GBP or USD. At the practice we settle in złoty.

We see patients aged 16 and over, and patients under 18 only with a parent or legal guardian. For hair loss in younger children, a paediatric dermatologist is the right specialist.
