Medical consultations for hair loss and scalp conditions, and general medical consultations. Private visits, no referral needed.
History, scalp examination, trichoscopy with photo documentation, plan for tests and treatment.
Booked once a PLN 100 deposit is paid; it is taken off the price.
Assessment against earlier photo documentation, adjustment of treatment.
Within 3 months of the first consultation.
For adults, with a prescription or referral where indicated.
Patients aged 16 and over. Patients under 18 come with a parent or legal guardian, who consents to the examination. General consultations are for adults only.
We do not take blood at the practice. The referral is included in the visit; you have the tests done at a laboratory of your choice and pay the laboratory directly.
Prescriptions, referrals and sick notes are issued electronically. You will find them on your Internet Patient Account (pacjent.gov.pl).
Aesthetic procedures, hair transplants, remote consultations, home visits or emergency care.
